Apart from the considerations of putting enough padding on to protect yourself and not so much that it shows, the whole event was quite painful.

This fall was particularly interesting due to the lack of banisters. I wanted to come off the stairs half way down to gain most visual impact safely. Due to the camera angle we could not use crash mats on the patio floor, so careful consideration had to be given to starting position. The gun which I have in this scene is made of rubber so that it can be dropped safely.
