Steve Truglia performed one of the toughest physical stunts in British soap history when he performed a 100ft fall for the UK TV series Hollyoaks in late 2003. The fall was performed 'blind' and completely backwards. The scene was nominated at the British Soap Awards for the 'most spectacular scene' and 'best exit'.
In September 2004 Steve Truglia was awarded a Guinness World Record for the Fastest Abseil over 100 Metres. This was performed from the top of London's 400 feet high Centre Point building.
